A chronometer and a tachymetre have tons of uses in the cockpit. Will it be my primary timer? Probably not, as we have digital timers on board but it’s always a good idea to have a mechanical backup. Tracking start cycle limitations, engine warm up/cool down times, comparing actual fuel burn and time in route to planned, etc. list goes on and on. But honestly I will most likely use it to time how fast I can cum.
