A little bit unrelated, but does anyone know what this hairstyle is called? How difficult is it to style your hair like this (assuming it is straight)? Also what kind of product would be recommended for a hairstyle like this.

I don't have any actual picture of my hair on PC but it's like this one on picture, except I pull the front side of my hair up.

Anyways, how do these people manage to make their hair look so natural, I mean looks like no products used but still they are.
