Need help /fa. Got an order before christmas from ssense, fucked up with sizing on two items, sent a letter to support. They gave me a return number and required me to send the package within 7 days of receiving the email. I didn't make it to the post office before the new year and went for a vacation. So now it's been around 3 weeks. What do? Should I send them a letter explaining the situation and asking whether I can return the stuff, maybe at a discount? Or should I just send it and put in a note? Can they track when exactly I went to the post office and sent the parcel? What would poet do?
