We can't "hang out together" even if we wanted to.
There's too little trust, and there's too many dangers, we can't even trust each other for the most part.
It's not like there's a pedo group in college or highschool or anywhere. Alcoholic? Sure!
LGBT? Sure!
But pedo? No, if you had support you'd probably go rape some poor kid!

It's hard to get a hobby when the only hobby that would really make you happy anymore is something involving children, and that's pretty hard for a male to get into alone, especially a single one with no kids of his own.

This could be seen as a hobby anyways.

Just because I find them cute and aesthetic doesn't mean my mind is constantly on sex.
Maybe normal people are really that disgusting, but we in general aren't.

When a kid cries or falls down I'll often look to make sure they're okay, or I'll keep an eye on the kids when I'm babysitting them regardless of what I'm doing, but I'm not "leering" at them.
