I often wonder why that is. I guess they exude a certain slightly nerdy but approachable vibe. I never see a Chad in a duffle, they tend to be worn by more bookish types.

I'm looking to buy a duffle coat, would anyone happen to have suggestions or advice for what I should be looking for?
Pic related has pretty much all the details I'm looking for, aside from the color which I'd prefer to be tan.
Apparently these can last a lifetime with proper care, so I'm fine with spending a lot on one, but nothing over $300 (before any necessary tailoring).
