so for example

lets just assume you are in sydney, now its 10am in the morning

now, sydney is already aligned to against 1000 hours (24hr format) in the world time bezel (so this is already step 2)
if its now 1000 hours in sydney, its now approximately 0220 for Cairo (2:20am)
