Hey,I have that Tissot, got if for 600€,NOS versions and mint were around 900-1200€,mine had just some ligh scratches and I bought the watch asap. It is abig watch,however,the lugs are really interesting because they can move and hug your wrist in every position,so it will never overhang. It is interesting the hands are not black,but silver,they do look black because they have thermal treatment so in most lights it appear black,only in some positions you can see the heating points and looks a bit blue.
The movement is nice and small,peseux 7001 and the winding is fine. The bad part is that the movement holder (and dial probably) are made from plastic,but after all this is not a haute horlogerie watch,not even a mid tier affordable luxury.
