The King Seiko 45-7001 I bought from you is no joke in that department either. It runs within +/- 2spd in all six positions over the first 24 hours of wind.
One chronometric advantage those hi-beat movements have that doesn't get talked about much is they resist timekeeping deviations from wrist movements notably better than 4hz movements do. As a result they seem to tend towards having less deviation in rates between worn and resting than 4hz movements do.
In general, I wish worn vs resting rates was thought about more. So much effort is put into testing for positional variation, temperature variation, power reserve variation, but no one seems to test worn vs resting rates in any sort of systematic way.
