That wasn't me you're reply to, but, the point I was trying to make is that you don't even seem to really know yet whether you want to commit to Seattle but are about to drop wad on a trash apt.

You say you don't want to bounce around from place to place and want to say put, but then you also say you don't even know if you'll like Seattle/PNW (but you say you might? who knows?), then you say "it's nice to live in new places" and "have a feeling I'll end up back in East coast eventually." But you're in a bumfuck town and don't want to stay there (awwww), and so you can't even check places out in person. But that's ok, you just want to make a move.

I'll say it again, this reeks of FOMO. At this point, though, my best advice is to get that cookie cutter place. Leave the nicer places for the rest of us that actually want a home with soul.

Either way, I don't care and neither have interest in helping you design that place. It's boring work
