I've been trying to stop for a while now, it's the second day without alcohol and masturbation this time. The last few months my social anxieties started to come back for some reason, so today I decided I'd go for a walk without bringing my headphones (I go out to take a 45-150 min walk daily) and I'd focus on keeping a straight posture and look everyone in the eyes. It was actually pretty easy.
I remember that there was an elderly lady walking her dogs, they were trying to approach me so she told them to sit, then we smiled at each other. Later there was a girl (likely in her early twenties) running wearing sportswear. She was actually really attractive, not only her face but her figure too, especially her hips and thighs. We looked each other in the eyes, I didn't even feel uncomfortable doing so, didn't feel any urge to look away.
I realized I have a sort of admiration and respect for people who do some sort of physical exercise, no matter where they're in their progress at the moment.
