I'm quitting for the sake of my fitness at the moment, because I'm joining the defence force in a couple of months. Been cold turkey for 2 days, had 1 cig on Thursday and 1 on Friday.
Used to smoke Peter Stuyvesant, either New Yorks or reds, sometimes Camels if I could afford them, or Bond Street if I was broke

as i said its effect of popculture, mostly movies from Hollywood - all that badass characters who smoke their cool lucky strike and kill bazillions of bad guys - its inside people heads. no matter if they like it or dont. i agree about the smell, but i just smoke outside, and not many
i quitted for 2 years and started again because its cool drug that make you feel relaxed and sometimes help with socialize with people

the buzz is great and the cigarettes last twice as long as others

it also is nice to know that my smoke is a tiny bit healthier

i might buy a pack of camels or something just to have some cigarettes that don't last fucking forver, though
