Thanks bro. I pretty much only wear regular indigo and black jeans. In my opinion, black pairs well with any other color (depending on the shade of black). I've been wearing my black horsehide mister lous with jeans and the fit looks pretty nice, so I'll likely be wearing these with jeans, white t shirt, and a daily choice of black and navy hoodies and flannels, along with a trucker hat.

Exactly. Nothing wrong with telecasters, but jesus christ, these retards need to stop acting like the higher-value items are somehow not good despite so many people intuitively understanding that Les Pauls and Es-335s ARE actually great guitars and that there is an insane amount of labor put into making these instruments compared to a fender. All the same can be said about heavy weight japanese selvedge compared to a pair of Levis or even a a pair of APCs. APCs aren't bad jeans and they certainly are better than a pair of levis, but you fundamentally have no clue what you're talking about if you are trying to argue that higher value selvedge is no better than APC jeans. A perfect example of the dunning kruger effect

Engineerfags, how do the John Lofgrens compare to the Wesco Mister Lous? I have a pair of Wescos that I love which are a very comfortable fit, but I'm more attracted to the aesthetic of the perfectly rounded toe of the JL. Someone in the last thread said that he hates his JLs because they're terrible to get on and the celastic toe is uncomfortable. Do other people have this same experience?

Anybody have any experience with John Lofgren engineers? I have a pair of Mister Lous, but the really dramatic narrow sprung tow is not so much for me and I prefer the more balanced-looking toe of the JLs. Are they worth the money, or do they hold up in quality compared to a pair of Mister Lous? Also, whats the sizing difference between the two boots? My 11E Mister Lous fit perfectly, would an 11D work well with the JLs?
