This image (and general thought process) is very common when giving hair advice. The reality is that your actual facial features (nose size, how prominent your ears are in comparison to your face) play a huge role in whether a haircut looks good. These "face shape" templates completely ignore that idea and only include cheekbone and jawline measurements.
