every other day, yeah. i go to the gym for 3 days a week and i have workout A and workout B, and if i go to the gym on mondays, wendesdays, and fridays id be doing workout A on monday, workout B on wednesday, and workout A again on friday. the week after i would do workout B on monday, workout A on wednesday, and workout A again on friday. then i switch it again the week after. the crunches/lunges/resistance/cardio i do all the 3 days that i go. im pretty bad at explaining things but i hope that made sense lol
ive only been going for about 8 months though so it hasnt been too long, but i used to be really overweight and unhappy so im proud of the progress ive made and im almost at my goal

imo the vans, i like the black color break in them followed by the ramones (if they're canvas) because ramones go with pretty much anything
the adidas' are too light imo and the nikes just won't work at all, they're too high and techy
