Secondly, bite the bullet and get a well proportioned crew cut. Options are limited when you're balding.

Remember, you're just looking for basic, solid, wardrobe builders, nothing crazy. Just some basic shirts (crew and scoop), some OCBDs, jeans, chinos, desert boots, sneakers, etc.
