I mostly see it go two ways. Try to look like a nigger wearing street clothing except your baggy shorts are a skirt (very minor difference actually). Or look aristocratic/ethnic with historically inspired long, layered skirts. Modern female fashion is little girl's fashion. Don't imitate that if you want to look like a man.
