You're right, they sure do. But I don't understand how they turned it into a "le white people" thing. Maybe it depends on where you live. Where I live I rarely see a white person that isn't my family or trailer trash. Haven't seen a real life Asian in a few months. So all I see is how blacks and Mexicans dress. And guess what, every other black or Mexican woman is wearing that "basic" outfit in the fall.

I have the feeling the people who see it as a white people only thing live in a middle class area where it's majority white.
