I don't have full-on cheat days where I binge, but I usually have one day a week where I'm more permissive with myself. I don't go all out though, for example if I want some ice cream, I don't have a whole tub, I just get a scoop or have one of those little tubs. I go to my grandparents for lunch on either Saturday or Sunday and that's when I have my "cheat day". I still try to count calories on those days though and I usually stay under 2000 kcals.
