my hair is growing in uneven and it's so bad that it makes my face look lopsided as hell

i don't know if i should keep growing it out to see if it improves/becomes not as noticeable once my hair gets longer or if i should cut it off and see if it grows in uneven again (then i would know for sure it's a hair problem and not just me that bad with a comb)

i used to really like my hair but ever since i got it cut i haven't been able to get it back to how i wanted it
