When people here suggest coconut oil to tame hair, should I get the tubs/bottoms marketed for hair or can I just use scoops of hardened coconut oil from the giant tubs they sell at the supermarkett for food related stuff?

Also what's will be the difference between coconut and argon oil? I really need something to make my hair a tad staighter and tame fly aways which I have tons off. old pic but still kinda the same

Old picture but I want to have my hair op>>11955452 but when I slick it down with high hold and shine pomade there is ALWAYS really course flyaways that stick up. How do you tame frizz and make thick semi curly hair straighter? I've heard argon oil, anything else? also is there any product that straightens out hair/heavy hold AND gives texture, suavacito firme pomade is okay for slicking hair back but there is absolutely no texture, it looks like one dark brown mess.

What should I use to keep my hair relatively straight and slicked back? (I have really thick/coarse curly hair because I'm half nig)

I went through a small jar of Uppercut deluxe strong hold and it was okay but didn't really straighten my hair out as I liked and undid itself over the day. Got a tub of that Suivacito firme on the way but just in case thats not good, what to get?

Guys with undercuts where the sides are like a .5 to a 1 or 1.5. how often do you get the sides shaved down again when it starts to grow?

I got my first undercut 2 weeks ago now, sides are at a 1 I'm pretty sure and it's it seems to really be growing back fast, it's almost 1cm long again. I've never had my hair so short so I'm kinda suprised. Is this normal growth? it doesn't help that my hair is coarse half african shit that sticks out.
