i don't know. the strange method i use is to smoke herb, drink soylent coffie and tons of water, and to use a multivitamin/fish oil. the caffeine and water help with the hunger. and soylent is really heavy on the stomach and makes you not want to eat anymore. then the weed actually makes me way less hungry in general
