It's a shirt by a record label called Enemies List Recordings.

They're very DIY, look them up and read their manifesto, it's very decent.

Anyway, the guys from that record label are in a band called Have A Nice Life.

They sing about death and deep seated anguish. They're loud on occassion, rest is very textured shoegaze music that seems to inspire passivity and remaining inert.
