the way i see it, i think the quartz will cost less over time due to little service costs.

don't have to wind it and it doesn't even have a jumping seconds hand so it's pointless at this point.

cartier watches are not about the movement, it's about the style.

sur they get more profit out of the quartz instantly, but over time and counting service costs it evens out between the two.
