Ive had several watches in the last decade or more, but there is something about this titanium casio quartz shitter that comforts me like no other.

Extremely light (dont care about wrist presence), bracelet sized perfectly so it never hinders circulation or feels uncomfortable, battery powered, so store in a box for a few months or years and it keeps ticking, only needs date and a few minutes adjusting. Take, leave wherever and pick up again without hassle with relatively precise time. Good lume after a decade, ILLUMINATOR backlight available still if need be, quick release bracelet clasp, snap on whenever and take off whenever, she will be there for you, loyal and precise.

Truth be told, Im not all that romanticized about muh mechanical beating soul and shit. Personally, I love my watches without hassle and with ample accuracy. Im a quartz guy, all that shit mechanicals need to worry about, power reserve, magnetism, shock resitance, thickness, very little of those apply in a quartz world. If mechanical, you are overpaying for the same shit something else does better for a fraction of the price. If thats for you, no hate.
Soulless? I resign the notion than a mass produced mechanical is any more soulful than a mass produced quartz.

Fite me.

I have pic rel, 38mm, backlight, titanium so weighs less than a pack of gum and is almost unnoticeable during daily wear.

>half the price
>non-solar so needs a batter every few years
>also titanium
>mineral glass, but no scratches on mine even after 10 years
>unlike popular belief, titanium is not a scratch magnet, or maybe the grey hides it better
>light as a feather, comfort for days
>backlight feature lighting up the whole dial

Way I see it, another 100 bucks saved towards your next purchase. Honestly, I would probably wear it to this day as a beater, if the old lady hadnt bitched that the 38mm diameter looked feminine.
