Hit the gym dude. Seriously, while your arms look pretty decent you've got man tits and a pseudo gut. Tone, and build pectorals and you could be pretty good. Also, I'd work on your glutes- your ass is weak, which while being not a huge point for men to watch out for, generally having a good ass will earn you some points with the ladies.

Do what you want. Also, do you seriously shave your pits, or is it just hidden in the pic?

Faggot. Your body type isn't a god damn animal. If you want to say slim, say slim. Also get a personal trainer- trusting an internet forum with people you can't see or verify if their gains/tone is what you are seeking is no bueno. Personal trainers exist literally to get you to where you want to be, and if they're making any sort of money then they're getting results in their clients.

It stays in your clothes for a long while, and you can't really mask it if you don't like it, it's giving you a headache, etc... One spray is more than enough.
