5’8’’, 55 kg. Almost 3 months in, lost 10 kg. Just cut out the bread, sugar and focus on eating veggies, protein, 3 meals a day, snacking sometimes on fruits or some filling low kcal stuff. But I also had some “cheat days” due to some social events, where I had to drink alcohol. Key was to stay under my limit so I didn’t gain.
Had a miserable one week binge ( gained half a kilo ) recently because of some bad shit in my life but the next days I just kept the calorie intake lower and am back to 55 kg. At the end of the day it’s just about control and commitement to it.
