Just got this done Saturday. Went a 3 guard on the sides and left close to 2 inches on the top. It's easy to manage and style and everyone likes it.

I just recently chopped my mop off. It started getting too long to handle so I went with a 3 guard on the sides and blended it to the top. I left about two inches on the top. It feels nice and it's easy to style. A lot of people seem to like it too.
