If you're totally new to fashion i'd say be patient and figure out what you like/what suits you before you get into the buying part(nothing wrong with testing the waters though and trying stuff out, just don't buy an entire wardrobe at once)

for lots of people there's quite a disparity between what they like when just getting into it and what they like after getting a bit more into it
