"I'm in love with the idea of telling a story with an outfit. I feel like it's the most challenging and rewarding way to approach building fits. My ultimate goal is to be able to present garments in a context entirely different from the ones they were marketed in. The Space & Aeronautics look is one way of doing that, but it could just as easily be post-apocalyptic cowboys or lost soldiers. The important thing for me is to tell a story of some sort that presents the garments in a new or unintended context.

I know my fits have been pretty sedate recently but I've been trying to recombine the pieces I already have and record the results".
