if you have skin issue that azelaic acid can address then sure
if not, kinda pointless

pretty cool. a few suggestions tho

neutrogena hydro boost is a light, oil free moisturizer. maybe you should try a heavier one, especially in PM routine. something that contains shea butter maybe. basically try to look for something that is non-comedogenic and wont cause breakouts (check reviews). or maybe slug with LRP cicaplast baume b5+ instead with a few drops of squalane. up to you
>too stingy with the moisturiser
>TO hyaluronic acid
not sure if it applies to you but hyaluronic acid can be drying in arid climate. many people have this issue. you can google this to better understand why is that. disregard if thats not the case for you
also note that hydro boost contains hyaluronic acid too
>glycolic acid
consider trying out lactic acid instead which is recommended for dry skin (less harsh than glycolic)

there was a face cream from aliexpress similar to pic related. apparently it worked wonders, but not for some people. it got worse for them, even long term. later it was discovered it had steroids in it kek

maybe search for websites that sell diy cosmetics ingredients, they may have recipes. if not, look for your ingredients in available products to try narrow down if these 2 ingredients are close on INCI list (that means close to 1:1) or further apart

maybe try a few books about sleeping. preferably where author is doing an actual practice or works on studies. should be a good start, especially the cicadian rhytm part. try to figure out if its because of internal (stress) or external factors

comes down to your tolerance really. i have sensitive eyes. 99% products i apply near eyes are causing eye itchiness. for retinoids and aha/bha i do apply on eye bags but with a fair distance from eye itself
