Can't tell if those are dress pants or nor but if they are take them out of this fit and replace with black jeans. I understand what look you're going for, but they look frumpy and the crop along with the general fit make your legs look weird. Even though they don't work in this fit they could be pretty cool in a different one. or maybe just try cropped denim because it's likely to be better fitting

Zara sweat? Piece itself doesn't look half bad but you didn't size up did you? It looks quite oversized in a bad way but it works with the fit.

The Stans are fine here, they definitely work with the fit. There are better shoes out there but I like them personally and they look good. Probably the angle making them look slightly disproportionate.
