The watches malls stock don't even make fucking sense. Like If you're Macy's and you're trying to figure out what Seikos you're going to order, how the fuck do you justify ordering 5 different kinds of Seiko 5s and 3 different Turtles but not an Alpinist? I don't see how you're going to sell a Turtle before you sell a Baby Alpinist, it makes no sense to me. Even across other brands, how do you sell Citizen's 46mm Skyhawk monstrocity before you sell an Alpinist? They always have Skyhawks and they're in the same price range.

Honestly I really like watches that are small and wearable but still tough with high water resistance. The alpinists are on the smaller size for modern watches but they still have 200m water resistance, but they'd never qualify for ISO because they are missing half of the features required.
