Deep blue has some tritium watches too if you want digital there's the amazefit neo smartwatch, the back lite stays in for quite a bit, it's a bit shit as a smart watch if I'm honest, mine's just gathering dust at this point but it's relatively cheap, so if you like the look of it then why not use it since it has a good back light. It can locate your phone for you by activating a chime so I think that might be a bonus in total darkness
