shave off your facial hair until you can grow it out thicker, consider cutting your hair. if you still want it long try the style in the first pic, i think shorter on the sides and back would be cool if you can slick it back like in pick two. or just a general shorter cut might be nice, wet your hair and put it in a ponytail and post another picture to see head shape.
