Started finasteride on my 20th birthday and am about to turn 23, went from diffuse nw3 to non diffuse nw2. Hair hasn't changed for about a year since then. Ama

Been on finasteride for almost 3 years now, started on my 20th birthday. Took a year for balding to stop, more density and slight regrowth in 2nd year. I'm a solid NW2 right now. Finasteride almost never regrows past NW2, minox and microneedling combined with fin might not even grow all your hair back. Moral of the story is don't fuck around, if you notice hairloss get on fin immediately.
