I moved to russia and now i have trouble staying thin too. I know it's just excuses and i want to adapt. But i'm not used to dieting so hard. I've always had success with just upping my calorie burning and just eating healthier but i'd still have a lot of calories going in. I used to run in the winter but needless to say these winters are unlike any other.

Need advice for developing new skills. Want to learn to fast/fight cravings better. Starting convict conditioning after i let my gym membership expire cuz i'm tired off being fat guy strong. Need to cut. Pic related was my old progress from a few years back. I printed it at work and put it in my wallet for encouragement. But this is my main concern. I want consistent health and worry if i fast hardcore i'll just relapse and go hard the other way like most ppl statistically do. Which is why i always had success with just forcing an active lifestyle to be part of my life. (e.g. Making friends who play frisbee, not owning a car and biking everywhere.) Everyone here just drinks and waddles like penguins on the ice. My only choice is diet and home workouts it seems.

Any advice for fasts and home workouts that are sustainable? I'll stop making excuses and report progress later...
