Steamboy.
I know this isn't fashion per se, but it's a pretty endless stream of over-the-top design, culminating in a vast mechanical orgy. It requires very little active involvement from the viewer and parades pleasing images and concepts in front of your eyes, on after another. It's full of powerful and ingenious design.

Although the subtitled version has a cleaner feel in terms of audio and synching, your eye will be drawn to the words and you might find yourself torn between some largely meaningless exposition and this thing.
