Advice for someone who never wears/wore sunglasses?

What should I be looking for? Coating, style, color, etc.

I'm probably going to be buying my first pair from aliexpress.

I used to be a shut-in neet but my life has improved in the last year and I've started to actually go outside into the sunlight.
