>Monday 500 Calories and at least 500 calories burned. Weighed 126.8 lbs
>Teusday- 1200 calories and only 500 calories burnt (net 700)
>Wednesday- 900 Calories and worked all day mixing concrete and smoothing earth. Net Negative.
>Today- Ate a sub, chips and 4 cookies. Purged.

I didn't lose any weight at all, I was expecting some water weight drop at least but nothing. This is almost my highest weight (130) and I'm not budging from it at all. I'm starting to believe all the fat apologists who say it's all about Metabolism and mine is now fucked up because I'm older.

Should I just kill myself?

You should take your BMR subtract 500 calories, then take that number and subtract it from your BMR and the number resulting will be your calorie restriction.
