Using a "system" is the equivalent of pic related in terms of make up. Using modest amounts of mascara or foundation would equal a beard, it's gaussian blur without distorting the actual features.
The gaussian blur for baldlets is a combover max. Ideally you get a buzzcut, which both, hides your hideous antenas while not being too high maintaniance.

Of course one has fine lines where skin folds, I'm speaking of wrinkles.

Also, the pics of her accompaning her routine are with makeup on and one lowres with high ISO and noisereduction on. Not a good way to judge skin complexion, if its even makeup free.
