I think normcore was too vague in definition to ever be a thing. "Palewave" or whatever you want to call it, at least in my version of things is about desaturated colours, particularly pastel tones and slightly looser fitting garments within the context of more classic pieces. Although one could easily apply this to more modern looking pieces, off-white bomber jackets look pretty sweet and more techy fabrics could take it in an interesting direction.

The inspo I've been posting is what I think illustrates my idea of it quite well.

I've realised I really like the desaturated look of a lot of Our Legacy's clothing and I want to start making some outfits with this aesthetic.

Does anyone know any other brands with a similar look or have any similar inspo.
