I am usually clean shaven, but this picture is me with some scruff. Honestly, I'm getting tired of shaving almost every 4 days, but i'm not sure if facial hair suits me. Also I don't know how to make my eyebrows look better.

Idk of this is a good picture but it's all I have now.

Anyway, I can't afford plastic surgery but I really want to improve my features. For starters I never know whether to keep facial hair or not so I end up shaving every other day (this picture is the longest I kept my beard) Are my eyebrows too bushy? How do I fix them?
