Been growing my hair out for around 11 months or so now, and I seem to be forever stuck in the awkward phase, attached is a pic with it out and also in a bun.

Does the bun look weird with my type of face?
And what should I do to make my hair look better when it's out, it has these annoying little flicks at the bottom.

Sort of want to get it cut because I can't be fucked any more, but I don't want to throw away all those months of growing, what should I do /fa/?
