This place is always gonna attract pro-anas and ED people so you can't really police that. And if someone starts a diet in an unhealthy, negative mindset then yes, the outcome will be unhealthy and negative. With or without thinspo these people will find reasons and ways to harm themselves. The best you can personally do is encourage people not to do dumb shit and hope they get help when they sound like they need it, which a lot of regular posters do.
