This can vary from person to person. I know there and people who insist ADD is a made up disorder, but I was diagnosed with it and the only side effect I experience is a dry mouth.
Lots of people talk about horrible comedowns and jitteriness but it really calms me down. Maybe the same abnormalities in brain chemistry that make it so I have no side effects are also responsible for the set of symptoms people call "ADD," I honestly don't know.

That being said the appetite suppression only lasts for one day for me. If I take it more than one day in a row (which is what I'm expected to do) then it doesn't affect my appetite at all.

I don't really mine it though because I can't take it all the time and it would probably just lead to large binges if it was the only thing making me eat less. Plus I'd rater just use it the way it's suppose to be used because it's the only thing that's ever helped me to turn off the constant stream of noise in my head.
