well after a complete mental breakdown yesterday, i used laxatives and stuff because i felt so sick constantly. i've had 550 calories or so since Monday night since I broke my fast abt an hour ago with 150 cals. Already regret it, but!

I weigh 112.4 lbs!
I'm only 1.5 lbs away from an underweight BMI and then I'm going to try and increase intake from 500 to 1000 a day and do more exercise.

i'm going insane!
