Sorta stylish, I mean as much as you can get for a 10 dollar wool tunic.

Without having any idea what winters are like in the countries you're visiting I suppose I'd recommend picking up a couple of sets of base layers. Artificial rather than wool because it dries faster and that might be an issue if you're washing this shit in a sink somewhere.
I don't know your budget. It might be fun to thrift on the way or buy stuff on eBay that you can pick up there irl.
