Set it to max, if it’s on its own circuit install a wifi breaker. The app will have a loop timer.

Smart move bud. Allowing an 1/8” gap for movement and finishing with a quarter round makes far too much sense, you did the right thing.

Drano is fine for ABS pipes. Plumbers hate drano because it renders their shitty trade useless.

I don’t click links but that’s probably an ICF build. The foam acts as formwork then concrete is poured in, so it’s essentially a concrete wall clad in foam for r-value. They’re typically costlier than traditional wood frame builds, here at least.

Bad thermal fuse I bet. Try removing the fuse and inserting a piece of wire to test.

It doesn’t look structural and I doubt it’s on a footing.
There was likely an access opening in the foundation at one point in time and they decided to close it up.
PL some plywood over the gap and call it a day.

Nope, marginal rates are basically the same for $70k and $100k. You don’t seem to understand anything about taxes. Funds earned through mining is taxable.

>> No.2750547 [View]

>>2750536
Best case scenario the $30k expenditure would only act to reduce your net income. From $100k down to $70k. Instead of $30k you’d pay in taxes on that $100k, you’d have to pay in ~$20k on $70k, and that’s only if you set it up properly and only if you made ZERO returns on the $30k investment.
