The purpose of the water in the bottom it's to serve as a coolant for the clim. The fan purposely hit the water to chill the "radiator".
If you drill a hole to drain the water, it will be less effective.

Look up this guy's videos about his fortress for info on concrete forming andmore help with that. A lot of people think he should have used reinforcement, including myself. I understand his concept... but better safe than sorry.

aww don't give up bro! practice makes perfect! don't let your frustration get in the way, try to find a way to cool off or change your perspective so it's not so frustrating. electronics can be fiddly and difficult but once you get the hang of it... it still kinda is.

General handyman.
shopping list:
-Hammer drill

>A shame it's slow as fuck because it's userbase has better things to do than shitpost all day.
Not a shame at all, I think /diy/ is my favorite and if it was as hyperactive as /b/ or /pol/ I would not enjoy it as much.

that's a very ambitious project, but if you've done it small scale, just scale it up!
All mobile phones are just radio transmitters / receivers. That should give you some insight.

I've seen tools that cheap but you can get the same results if you throw your money in a bottomless pit and destroy whatever you were working on.

You are clearly a wizard.
But also, do not lend your tools to these people. You will either not get them back or get them back in pieces.

Of course. But as you see in the vid, the head doesn't move smoothly
