Hey /diy/ I got this cool and big glass bottle for sparkling water. I want to reuse it for something, however I do not like the top of the bottle. I really don't want to cut the bottle either. What should I use this for other than drinking? I was thinking a money container or holding drugs.

So if I use it for sneaking around pot, how should I cover the bottle?

Hello again /diy/

I have a mainly empty room that needs some decorating. I have an idea for some shelves. I want to make a rectangular cornershelf, kind of like in the picture. Under the corner shelf I would like to make a 1/4 circle. And to add to that, I want some lighting to under the corner shelf and above the circle shelf to light up my special stuff.


So this brings me to all of my questions:

1.) What type of wood should I use?

2.) What type of lights should I use to light up the shelf?

3.) How could I make this lighting able to turn off via switch?

I also might think of more questions later.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

What should I put in here? I have a dresser, bed, nightstand, lamp and a poster. What should I put in it?

I play trumpet but percussion is really easy. Maybe buy some musical books by Bruce Pearson. There's a red then a blue and then a green book, all for beginners. It's great, we used them back in middle school. Also buy a snare drum? Drum set?
